Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes with Cranberry Icing
Pumpkin spice alert! It is not going away, so we might as well embrace it. I added pumpkin spice to an old favorite recipe and am delighted with the result. I borrowed this Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes with Cranberry Icing recipe from my niece. The two-ingredient cupcake seems too simple to actually work, but it’s not. These bake beautifully every time. Plus, they are quick and easy to prepare if you need to whip up a dessert at the last minute.
